Orders & shipping
How long does delivery take?
Everything is printed to order in Europe. Your parcel leaves our facility a few days after you order and arrives in 4 to 12 business days depending on your country. During busy periods it can take a few days longer.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, with tracking on every parcel.
Where is my order?
You get a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel leaves our facility. Allow a little time after that email before the tracking starts moving.
Do I pay customs outside the EU?
Orders shipped outside the EU can be subject to local customs fees. These are charged by the carrier and are the recipient's responsibility.
Can I change my address after ordering?
Email hello@neomachi.com as soon as possible with your order number. Once the parcel has left our facility we can no longer change it.

What is your return policy?
Unworn items with tags can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Sale items and gift cards are excluded. See our return policy for the full details.
My item arrived damaged or incorrect
Email hello@neomachi.com with your order number and a photo, and we will sort it out.
Sizing & fit
Do your garments run true to size?
Our tees and hoodies have a slim, true-to-size fit. If you prefer an oversized look, take one size up.
Where do I find the measurements?
Every product page has its own size guide with the measurements per size, because the fit differs between garment types. There is also a general size guide.
Product & care
What are the garments made of?
Mostly GOTS-certified organic cotton, printed and shipped within Europe. Accessories such as mouse pads, shoes and bed linen use other materials, listed on their product pages.
Does the print hold up in the wash?
Wash inside out at 30 degrees and the print keeps for years without visible loss.
Who makes the designs?
Every graphic is drawn by an artist we work with directly. No stock art, no generated art.

How do the bundle deals work?
Buy 3 tees and the 4th is free, or buy 2 hoodies and get a free tee. Add the qualifying items and your free tee to the cart yourself — the discount is applied automatically at checkout. No code needed.
